For motor vehicle collision reports investigated prior to April 1, 2017 or other Burlington County Bridge Commission Police Department reports please fill out the form below. Include as many specific details as possible. Video can only be sent via Regular Mail and will require pre-payment of $10.00 by check or money order made payable to the Burlington County Bridge Commission. If there are any other fees related to duplication of records or questions regarding the request, the requestor will be notified of same.
