NOTICE
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR EZ-PASS AND ELECTRONIC TOLL COLLECTION SYSTEMS
Notice is hereby given that the Burlington County Bridge Commission is requesting the submission of Proposals from computer real time system integraters for maintenance and support services for EZ-Pass and electronic toll collection systems
Interested parties may obtain the RFP for these services by notifying Mr. Scott Greenwald, Purchasing Agent via email at sgreenwald@bcbridges.orgor by fax at 856-829-5205.
This Request for Proposals is being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq.
Nothing herein is intended to exclude any responsible firm or in any way restrain or restrict competition. All responsible firms are encouraged to submit qualifications.
All firms will be required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) Affirmative Action, P.L. 1977, c. 33 (N.J.A.C. 52:25-24.2) Statement of Ownership, and P.L. 2004, c. 57 (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44) New Jersey Business Registration and as amended by P.L. 2009, c.315.
Proposals must be received no later than Thursday, September 9, 2010 at 11:00 AM, prevailing time (“Submission Deadline”), and must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, and should bear the name, address of the firm, and contact email address and “Proposal for Support Service and Maintenance for EZ-Pass and Electronic Toll Collection Systems” on the outside; addressed to the Burlington County Bridge Commission, 1300 Route 73 North, PO Box 6, Palmyra, NJ 08065-1090, ATTN: Purchasing Agent.
Late submissions will not be accepted or considered. Any submissions received after the Submission Deadline, whether by mail or otherwise, will be unopened. The Burlington County Bridge Commission assumes no responsibility for submissions mailed or misdirected in delivery.
The Burlington County Bridge Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions and waive any immaterial defects or informality in any submission should it be in the best interest of the Burlington County Bridge Commission to do so.
The Commission intends to award any contract(s) for these services pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5.
