 Financial Programs Minimize

Pooled lease purchase and governmental loan financings are designed to achieve a lower cost of capital money through economies of scale, lower interest rates, and/or lower cost of issuance—with no shared liabilities.

That means that public entities can get and do what they need—all with the benefit of property tax relief.

Provided $382,000,000 in financing for 25 municipalities/fire districts & 5 non-profits (savings of more than $14 million)

  • Approved a refunding for the Evergreens (retirement community) in Moorestown, NJ ($43 million bond issue)
  • Issued bonds on behalf of Willingboro and the County of Burlington (savings of additional $1 million)
  • Lutheran Social Ministries (savings of more than $1 million)
  • Tabernacle Baptist Church (savings of more than $1 million) 
  • Kingsway Learning Center ($2.92 million bond issue)
  • DRENK Memorial Guidance Center ($2.7 million bond issue)
